If anyone does not provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
And my God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
Oppressing the poor to enrich oneself or giving gifts to the rich will surely lead to poverty.
A stingy man hastens after wealth and does not know that poverty awaits him.

“Teacher, which commandment is the greatest in the Law?” Jesus declared, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Now to Him who is able to do so much more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us,
But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom, and continues to do so—not being a forgetful hearer, but an effective doer—he will be blessed in what he does.
But whatever was gain to me I count as loss for the sake of Christ. More than that, I count all things as loss compared to the surpassing excellence of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God on the basis of faith.
