Be on the alert. Stand firm in the faith. Be men of courage. Be strong.
This is the revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants what must soon come to pass. He made it known by sending His angel to His servant John,
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Let no one despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
But you, O man of God, flee from these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, yet our inner self is being renewed day by day.
Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If anyone does not provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.
Then the LORD God took the man and placed him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it.

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide an escape, so that you can stand up under it.
Young men, in the same way, submit yourselves to your elders. And all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
For physical exercise is of limited value, but godliness is valuable in every way, holding promise for the present life and for the one to come.

God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”
How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.
Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
“I am about to go the way of all the earth. So be strong and prove yourself a man.
For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him.
For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity dwells in bodily form.
Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.
For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
But about the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, endures forever and ever, and justice is the scepter of Your kingdom.

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or empty pride, but in humility consider others more important than yourselves.
The fear of man is a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is set securely on high.
My son, pay attention to my wisdom; incline your ear to my insight, that you may maintain discretion and your lips may preserve knowledge. Though the lips of the forbidden woman drip honey and her speech is smoother than oil, in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a double-edged sword. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with sober judgment, according to the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and not all members have the same function, so in Christ we who are many are one body, and each member belongs to one another. . . .
as we await the blessed hope and glorious appearance of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.
Above all, love one another deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering. . . .
Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, His body, of which He is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her
Marriage should be honored by all and the marriage bed kept undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
Above all, my brothers, do not swear, not by heaven or earth or by any other oath. Simply let your “Yes” be yes, and your “No,” no, so that you will not fall under judgment.
