A fool does not delight in understanding, but only in airing his opinions.
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. For many false prophets have gone out into the world.
“Do not judge, or you will be judged.
do not bring hastily to court. Otherwise, what will you do in the end when your neighbor puts you to shame?
Then all the people will hear and be afraid, and will no longer behave arrogantly.
He writes this way in all his letters, speaking in them about such matters. Some parts of his letters are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. Therefore, beloved, since you already know these things, be on your guard so that you will not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure standing.
It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
We tear down arguments and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
Love takes no pleasure in evil, but rejoices in the truth.
No one has ascended into heaven except the One who descended from heaven—the Son of Man.

Such punishment is specially reserved for those who indulge the corrupt desires of the flesh and despise authority. Bold and self-willed, they are unafraid to slander glorious beings.
Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’
He who answers a matter before he hears it—this is folly and disgrace to him.
Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
Then the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple. And there were flashes of lightning, and rumblings, and peals of thunder, and an earthquake, and a great hailstorm.
